So, just to clarify: will the passives allocated on an existing amulet be changed if the oils that allocate that passive are changed? IE, will my amulet that had Soul of Steel allocated after being anointed with three golden oils in 3.8 now have "Soul of Aluminum?" or Whispers of Doom in 3.11?

No keystones have ever been able to be annointed; I doubt they'd change this now.

Go take a look at what it grants now.

Was on Harvest: Ricochet = Indigo Oil + Crimson Oil + Black Oil = <1 div
Now on Affliction: Ricochet = Forbidden Flesh + Forbidden Flame = 440+ div
