Ok that looks broken.
20% max leech per cluster jewel ehm thats op. Stack 6 cluster jewels with that implicit and u got 120% increased max leech which makes u almost invincible. Vaal pact + life leech belt & amulet + clusters + 6500k hp + mixMax Watcher eye + lifeleech notes =~ 15000+ lifeleech per second. Add slayer GG EDIT: Ok my bad it only increases the default 2% of maximum life that can be recovered as life per second from a single instance to 3% of maximum life recovered as life from a single instance.
