I considered trying the scion before I made this version. All PoBs pointed to a slightly tankier but far less damage variant. To be fair the only version that is actually bad is inquisitor.

Kingmaker gives us perma fortify / Culling strike / Crit Chance / Item Rarity.

So Chip Away always has 25% activation frequency. This would explain why it always has good numbers in PoB.
