hey mate. first of all get a thread of hope. u are missing 5 very good nodes atm. Drop coldhearted calcualtion and the crit node along with the medium cluster jewel. (u can check the new tree for 3.11 in main thread)

for the rest:
Use Shaper's Touch for now to get accuracy cap. U have 92% hit chance (or u need accuracy on 2 items)

scour suffixes on wand and get multi, as + crit.

Upgrade your gear as you fit afterwards

Are you not playing with any remove bleed or bleed immunity with the lvl 100 build or am I blind? Is it not needed you think? I've had that drilled into me when I was new so I've never not had bleed immunity on any character I've played.

well this is very vague :/ problem can be gear level, or a mistake in the tree etc. if u wish drop by twitch next time, i check poeple's PoBs etc in the end of each twitch

25~ ex enough to start this build and start farming t16? What is the gear priority. wand > int gear > atziri?
Can I drop shield charge for dash? I really don't like.

15ex got me roughly where I am now. Next purchase I make will be the Atziri shield, and then I'll make my boots and amulet not trash.

Eventually I'll Crusader orb and Hunter orb my chest and helmet respectively as they have a non zero chance of hitting % increased int.

For what it's worth, without the Atziri shield I believe that shapers touch is a mistake, my gloves cost very little, for instance. Also, fossil crafting 600+ es chests is quite easy, and crusader orb have a roughly 36% chance to hit %increased int if there is an empty suffix.

2 pierce int boots with tailwind can be crafted. It's about 5k alts to hit t1 int and +2 proj. If you regal anything that can be removed via harvest, then you have a 2 affix rare. Augment critical guarantees tailwind boots at this point, meaning borderline path of building items are pretty attainable.

25 ex is more than enough to start, you won't have a +2 helm but you can reasonably get everything else that matters. I have ~10k es, 1k int and about 1.7 million reliable shaper dps with powersiphon (no flasks used). I'm farming depth 300ish and not running into issues there as well.

I just start making wand with alteration

a hunter influence wand with lightning dmg with int stacking hard to grab 0 in the market and Ii spam 1k alt and i didnt get the mod yet.

Unfortunately I don't have remove cold modifier harvest craft only fire/lightning
