[3.18 suspended] Blast from the Past. KB/PS Int Stack Wander King. Speed meta 18K ES, 20m+ dps

My current gear, around 13k es, can clear all content pretty easily.

My only real issue is that I'm a bit confused on where to go from here, I'm missing the 16k es and the insane 1 shot damage I saw on your vids, and I'm trying to find out what the missing element is.

This might be a stupid question, but wouldn't an anomalous damage on full life be better that the regular one for links (0.5% of attack damage leeched as life)?

Shield/lightning clusters are already good, and give life leech as well.

Is it worth trying to go for t1 flat + flat-pen-hybrid + dmg-per int prefixes on a wand? Is it a huge dps gain over regular ones with no t1 flat?

Hey there, starting to put together gear for this build and have this amulet with quad t1 rolls. Was wondering how to finish it? Getting damage per 15 int would be too hard, so I was thinking just aug lightning then remove/add lightning until lightning penetration and benchcraft the last prefix on? Or is there something better I can do? Thanks for your suggestions

Maybe I'm just tired but why do we annoint Tranq? What does spell damage even do here? I thought PS and KB were attacks. Thanks in advance!

Hey, i havent really read through all of this, im kind of busy right now and i was wondering if i have around 1.2 ex what would be the first thing i would prioritise getting?

Ive already got some of the ES int gear, (Its pretty bad, but its a start i guess) and now i wonder what i should get next.
