[3.16] LL VD Spellslinger | 8.2 k ES | 75%Block / 75% Spell Block | not recommended anymore

Hi, I sold all my chars and I want to try a different build to try to push to 100. Is this build capable? Im asking people who plays in 3.12 with realistic gear, no the OP with his 3.12 videos in standard with mirror-tier gear. (Don't want to sound rude but it is what it is).

So I'm a little bit concern about surv, dps, and "t19 viable" aspects in this build.

Also the op says to aim for 66% cdr, what happens if you have 67+?

So yeah its possible but you need to invest quite a lot. Focus on wand wich is your major dps source. Second comes jewels and ring of anguish + 66% cdr. You only go higher if you can reach the next breakpoint. See Mechanics section in the guide (i recommend to read full guide before you invest) for further information. In short this build cant reach the next cap therefore 66% is perfect.

At the moment the question is if you want a lvl 100 character that farms t19 100% deli why not just play a easy game spectre or golem summoner?

This build isnt best cost/performance ratio possible if that is your goal i recommend some other build.

Otherwise if you like Spellslinger and Mechanics around it this is the best build to go for.

Edit: I reached lvl 100 with this build in very reliable way. No deaths at lvl 99 in red maps. Just make sure you dont run reflect and not try to tank unneccessary hits.

I'm at the same situation, I have around 70ex, which is quite a lot.
But I don't want to spend it all just to find out that is not enough.

I like this build, it seems fun and powerful. But is it viable on a league budget? (for an average player)

And I still don't get if you lose damage if you go more than 66% cdr, the op has 75% as I can see 40 gem 20 belt 15 boots.

Edit: So fun buying almost every piece of gear to realize that this build runs like shit (not zzangs fault obviously). I heard about VD drop frames but I thought this was fixed long ago. But going from 144 fps to 30 fps it's sad and demotivating. I think Im gonna just quit the game until the next league, don't have the patience to sell the gear again to try another.

Personally i have no fps issues running 60 fps in normal maps on 3440*1440 resolution with nvidia 1080 and i7 8700k.

May i ask what CPU and GPU you use? PoE can be very CPU intense and i saw often that old CPUs from people have a bottleneck.

i5 9600K + RTX 2070, playing at 2K. No other skill does that to my pc and I played almost everything since i got this setup, just VD fucks it up like it did when i played long ago, like happens to other people before. Are you playing with MTX on? Because I heard stygian MTX solves that, but Im not paying real money to play a fucking skill honestly.

I mean, I can handle to clear maps, because you don't need to spam frenzy, you can do single clicks and kill everything, but when you want to kill hard mobs or bosses, you have to stay in place and spam your attack, that's when I drop to 30 from 140 because you spawn all the vd's.

I dont use MTX on VD but i just did a quick test when i max out VD's on my screen standing and casting it can go down to 40 fps at 3440*1440 resolution. Personally thats not a real issue for me. I only do that for Sirus phases and hes down pretty much instantly so the time frame where this happens is miniscule and doesnt affect me in my daily playing experience with the build.

Hi , did some1 tried the Anomalous Herald of Ash? gives 60% burning damage, the normal gives 15% fire damage
