[3.16] LL VD Spellslinger | 8.2 k ES | 75%Block / 75% Spell Block | not recommended anymore

Finally got around to rerolling all of my cobalts to 8% and copped the crit multi watcher's. Feels super dope!

Thank you. I will be looking forward to the updated version. Never personally ran a VD build but my friends have and i'm very interested in trying it out.

craft or buy a better wand.
if not looking for best wand, just buy one with essence add fire damage (local, not to spell) plus either %increase fire damage or %increase spell damage. There are many failed-fractured wand with okay stats for 50c to 1e.

if you are looking for end-game wand by utilizing harvest craft, like this one

buy a wand with T1 increase spell/fire damage, or T1 add fire damage (local), and fracture it until you get one of those stats fracture successfully, then caster chaos spam to get +1 All spell, the rest are just add/remove crit, keep prefix then add/remove caster, and add remove fire.

note that fractured increase fire/spell damage is much easier to craft for all T1 compare to fracture add fire damage locally (1/125 (blocked caster mod) vs 1/903)

I played this as my league starter. Made a buttload of currency running red maps and invested it into an Impale Bow Champion that grew into an absolute MONSTER.

Anyways, I'm looking to take the mass of exalts I have left and turn my life-based VD+DD Necro into a LL VD+DD but first I wanna buy a Mana Reserve Enchanted Crown of the Inward Eye.

First of all, thanks for this guid, helped me a lot.
So i'm currently playing this build and its really fun, but im trying to do 80% deli maps, im able to run them but im dying a lot, even if i try to play really safe, max range etc...
