[3.16] LL VD Spellslinger | 8.2 k ES | 75%Block / 75% Spell Block | not recommended anymore
I checked few Watchers Eye but it's pain in the ass to be honest. The best I can afford right now gives me 12% total dmg in POB with mods below. Is it a good choice? My level is 94, I'm trying to convince myself to get 3 more levels and unlock socket to get Cobalt Jewel with crit multiplier there.

+43% to Critical Strike Multiplier while affected by Anger
Critical Strikes Penetrate 10% of Enemy Elemental Resistances while affected by Zealotry
Pob shows ~10% dmg increase using Cobalt Jewel with mods below
+12% to Global Critical Strike Multiplier
+15% to Critical Strike Multiplier with Fire Skills
+15% to Critical Strike Multiplier with Elemental Skills
8% increased maximum Energy Shield
What Watcher's Eye mod is good? Energy shield leech per hit with %inc will ve good for sustain on juicy maps? My build is not quite done, gloves also missing and POB shows only 350k dmg on VD
To be honest it's difficult for me to prioritize my next steps. At what point I should go for Awakened Spell Cascade?

Es on hit while affected by discipline is the mod that will give you the most tankiness in my opinion. They are around 10 ex though but the difference is night and day while doing 100% delirium maps
Great guide, just starting out in 3.11 and noticed that the wand you recommend is 30ex which is very expensive for a casual player like myself. Is there another you recommend in the meantime while I save up 30ex?
I know this isn't really a league starter build, but I'd like to commit to one build this league and this looks like a blast to play.
Can you recommend me some good gear to grab totaling 5-10ex that I can build off of?
Regarding wand - just drop deafening essence of anger on the imbued wand and craft trigger socketed spells when you use skill, should be enough to start.
I want to thank you all of you, and expecially the OP because of the creation of this build.
For the first time i'm able to complete the end game content ( I miss only the alluring abyss, but i think it's not possible )
there is still a lot to increase and optimize, i missed the right rings and the wand it's like MEH for example... but really, this build is awesome.

I just figured out something to greatly boost DPS for those using CDR enchantment, Dash + Second Wind, and Herald of Ash + Blood Magic (like I did) in the Harvest league. It revolves mainly around being able to fit Arcane Surge into setup - if you were using Flame Dash instead of Dash, then you probably had it linked already, so you won't get this DPS boost I'm talking about. But you could still do the following changes, as they will give you better mobility, because they will allow you to start using Dash + Second Wind instead of Flame Dash, and that combo is, in my opinion, much better for movement).
If you're like me, you can use one of the new medium cluster notables called Self-Control. It reduces Discipline mana reservation by 30%. It will free some life - funnily, it's just enough to link Desecrate + Spell Cascade + Spellslinger with Blood Magic Support.
By doing so you will also free mana that can be used to maintain Herald of Ash without problem, so you can remove Blood Magic Support from Herald of Ash and instead use that socket to link Dash + Second Wind with Arcane Surge. As I said, if you were using Flame Dash instead of Dash, you probably already had it linked with Arcane Surge, but following the above steps should make you able to switch to Dash + Second Wind, which in my opinion is far superior and much smoother than plain Flame Dash.
But wait, there's more. By doing so WE DON'T EVEN NEED REDUCED MANA RESERVATION RINGS!
How cool is that, huh? :)
Maaaaaaaaan!!! You are the HERO! This is the solution that should be applied to the main post of this build. It allows us to handle all auras and stuff we need for people who couldn't get CDR or reduced spellslinger on inward eye crown! Amazing! Thank you :DDD
Actually, it's not even for people without enchant, as you said it's even higher boost with the CDR one :D so it's only beneficial! :D

I realized that from the various builds posted, all of them gets dps increase from ticking enemies are shocked with level 15. Mine doesnt do anything when i ticked it. Anyone knows what am i missing? I do have corpse pact.

I did A8 Sirus again with the dash and it made a huge difference in movement.
Speaking of dash, how are some people playing with no quicksilver flask OR a dash+second wind setup. Seems like a slog of a mapping experience. Flame dash has cast delay every other 2 casts, and it also has quite a bit cooldown.
