[3.16] LL VD Spellslinger | 8.2 k ES | 75%Block / 75% Spell Block | not recommended anymore

Hey guys,

How does flat fire damage on the wand impact our damage?
I crafted this wand, and I am wondering how the first mod impact the damages. Isn't it limited to the wand damage?

It doesn't seem to appear on POB.

The POB link from the first post has been updated? In the Items section, there is items from standard and rings are not the same like 3.11. Just wondering what section should I follow because the build looks incomplete for Harvest and I'm confused

I have about 20 ex in my pocket to try to play with this build and another 50+ if I decide to sell my current build

I need a little help here with my build please..
I was playing until these days with the version that uses Inpulsa, and now I'm following your guide. I've been working on the build for about 2 days.
But I think I must have missed something, I'm finding my Life leech (Energy shield Leech) a little bit slow. And I wanted to know the points of the build where they are important for Life Leech to work efficiently.

My ES regen For now is:
- 1.35% of fire dmg leeched as life while affected by anger - From Watcher's eye
-Essence Glutton
-Zealot's Oath
-Ghost Reaver
-+15 life gained for each enemy hit by your spells(from 1 ring)

if you can help me thank you.
And thanks again for this awesome Build!!
The jewel Transendent flesh has other mods now, what should i use now for that. It gives only live recovery but no phy red. anymore.
I forgot to put this jewel on the tree, and I haven't put the clusters yet

Maybe my low regen/Leech is for it

Only ES leech is on our Clluster Jewel - Thaumophage - and it works very good ^^

The cheap way is to get a Crown of the Inward Eye with Anger or Zealotry -15% mana reservation enchant and link Herald of Ash to Blood Magic on your gear. That lets you fit everything easily and cheaply. Get Circle of Anguish rings that have "increased fire damage while affected by Herald of Ash" and your damage will be plenty good. Can switch out a ring

@OzzyBurn I don't think LGoH Crusader ring works with Ghost Reaver because LGoH isn't leech. If that actually worked having at least 1 Crusader ring would be mandatory for anyone not looking to max out damage because making LGoH/ES/%ES rings is so powerful.

@DeamonSparda In Harvest you can easily make or buy triple multi jewels with ES. I highly recommend over Transcendent Flesh unless you're getting your Corrupted Blood immunity there. You lose 8 multi but you gain 8% ES in return which is worth it IMO since the build damage is overkill for anything not T17+.

@Linstaaar You never, ever use regular Righteous Fire, only Vaal Righteous Fire. Otherwise you burn until you die basically.

I am not comfortable with going Lunaris because end game bosses still hit me hard so i prefer the more single target defence pantheon. like Sirius A6 killed me once and Catarina i died once with my current gear

Can someone please suggest how to get max block spell and attack so maybe even though i have half the ES required i can still survive all this?



bump.. can someone please advise? I have made some changes but im still nowhere near to spell block i have 74 and 59 with flask up

also, is Lunaris better than Solaris? Or Arakali for the ES regen?
Should i get an ignite craft on my flask and change pantheon to Tukohama for the ES regen? ( i have zealots oath)
Really hate Maven as a boss and its mechanics! pls give us something cool like Elder/Shaper
Switched to a double large cluster jewel setup, and even with unfinished jewels the dps increase is noticeable. It's crazy how accessible triple crit + es jewels are. The opportunity cost is missing ~1k ES though.

I'm experimenting with this helmet.

With this, I can use double buff/fire damage rings with HoA-blood magic. Let me know your thoughts.

I was not satisfied with that set up too. I swaped pcoc for power syphon. I i use it sometimes betweem packs and at the beginning of boss fights to generate power charges. Also, it has built in culling strike, allowing you to have damage against chilled enemies +unnerve on gloves.
