Thanks to the foreboding hybrid flask. Life recovery stops at full life. However, mana recovery is not bound to full mana but the end of flask effect, essentially keeping Fortify up the whole duration.

Didn't piece together that the hybrid flask is technically a life flask but that the mana component of the hybrid flask can keep the life flask bonus going. LOL! PoE right? ;}

Yeah. I know, right! PoE being PoE :)

Life component of the hybrid triggers Fortify, which is enabled by Hardened Scars. However, it's the mana component of the hybrid that keeps Fortify up the whole duration.

Edit: and there is a reported bug in PoB that makes it fail to recognize hybrid as a life flask although the in-game tooltip shows a particular effect of hybrid.

Divine Flesh vs Wind Dancer: good question you have right there. I guess staring at the video at .25 speed is the secret sauce of getting fascinating insights?! Imo the best way to compare Divine Flesh vs Wind Dancer is to plug each of them into specific PoB and check the Damage taken section in the Calculation tab. Maybe having two builds on the table to compare, one with a high mitigation setup like mine and another one that is eavsion-focused.

My initial impression, as I took a glance at my PoB's damage taken section, is that besides the inherent advantage in the chaos damage reduction, Divine Flesh gives more consistent mitigation compared to Wind Dancer, both with Immortal Call activated or on cooldown. While 20% less damage taken if not getting hit recently is juicy, it's hard not to get hit in these crazy maps regardless of your evasion rating. Perhaps, if you have like capped evasion rating, it may be different, but I'm not sure.

Btw, is it possible to have them both? Or the opportunity cost is just unbearable for most builds?

All timeless jewels share a limit of 1 as far as I know.

Hm. PoB immortal call is lvl 19 while CWDT is only 6. Its not working. I watched your overview video and didn't notice that immortal call was active ever.
How its works then for you?

Can you tell me which version you were talking about? As I checked, v3.0 shows CWDT (5/20) / ImC (7/20).

In addition, the latest video vs 100% delirious T18 map shows 4-sec Immortal Call triggered frequently. Example at 2:30.
