[3.10] Herald Power Siphon Guardian | OP as heck | Money making guide and Scion version included

Thanks for the build. I've made some changes around the build. Here is the quick showcase of the build features A8 Sirus's storm tanking, conqueror, and map clear (with a HH). Feel free to check it out:

I have played:

1.) Archmage Stormbrand
2.) Ball Lightning Miner
3.) Ice Shot Miner

And this build just outright bests all these builds in terms of Clearspeed and Bossing in my opinion (Eventhough they are still good builds).

Granted my gear atm isnt the best, i'd say im around a 130 exalt gear currently. But I am still absolutely zooming through everything.

Also, I just ran a fully T16 juiced Tower map with 100% delirium and wasnt even at risk of dying even with BOTH Kosis and Omni.

TLDR: Ty OP for the amazing build and easy to understand well written guide.

My next upgrade would be getting a wand with "Attacks with this weapon penetrate ele resistances" tho im not sure if theres an easy way to craft it.

Only scion. But I believe that the guardian has more survivability, so you can drop replenishing for endbringer

What kind of energy shield regen rates is everyone getting? I'm at about 1600 according to my PoB, but I feel like those who can tank sirus storm must be quite a bit higher.

2300 regen, 2140 while moving. 21 vitality in +2 gloves at the moment. No replenishing.

Unwavering faith takes you from almost 0% phys mitigation to 75%, and Bastion of Hope gives you a ton more block chance, and you have 10% spell block if you've cast a spell recently + 15% attack/spell dodge if you're elusive... is this not enough?

Edit: As Teslabear says below, pantheons also add a lot of phys reduction

With Grace and Vitality on, you should almost never be getting hit, and when you are hit you should heal it back immediately

I'm at 25k Evasion with 62% dodge. 67% mitigation. Around 6500ES atm.
Especially when I farm Malformation Piety just outright reks me.

Annuled the shield today. Turned out quite nicely.
