This build is very good! Enjoying it a lot.

So far so good, wanted a change of pace. Level 42, so far deathless but with a few close calls.

Wondering if there's some better leveling gear that will kick the damage up a bit? Using dual axioms but feels a bit underpowered at this point. Here's current gear, would love some suggestions:

Close to 40, i feel the build extremely powerfull. each Act Bosses killed in less than 10 seconds so far...

@saxisa did you put 2 Fevered Minds jewels?

the only issue that i have is Mana management, but this should be resolved during the next levels..i may think

the best build that i have played till now.

No Fevered Minds,

Running Herald of thunder - which is probs an actual DPS loss because archmage support scales off unreserved mana.

If your having mana issues, get a dream fragment, it's pretty good.

Only problem I had was pre 31. I mean the build works without fevered mind but u do a lot less dam

Praxis is kinda useless when we want our skills to have high mana costs no?

I have added a Medium Cluster Jewel with Brand Loyalty and Grand design passives.

the DPS now with Sorm brand is insane !!! i will probably add a second one.

what a great build :) so much fun!

i am really expecting now what it can do end game! my feeling : it will be amazing!

Neither Kaom's sign nor gloves benefit you.
Try to get some rares from drops. If you can afford, buy Dream Fragments.


Don't expect to erase whole screen of mobs while leveling and actually you don't need to kill every mob you see. Just run past them and kill here and there. That should be enough to gain exp, level up constantly and get stronger. If you will be under-leveled, you can catch up staying longer in The Blood Aqueduct.

Definitely not. That build, at least by the basic numbers, is quite subpar.

It has no more EHP than this build, has less block chance (though more spell block chance), and does about 40% as much DPS in similar gear. It uses up so many stats in gear and tree to improve its block chance that it ends up with only 4.5k mana at level 94, which way more than offsets any benefit to using Hierophant over Gladiator.

If your Archmage build has only 4.5k mana, you should seriously consider just dropping Archmage and trying something else.
