I have been playing this build for a week now,I asked couple of questions and you answered all of those ,hence big thanks already.I would ask few more if you don't mind.
1: How do you generate frenzy charges? ( i see you got rings with minimum frenzy charge) 2:My chaos res is 88% still my pob shows it's 44% hence i think it's not showing right dps numbers either. 3:using a glorious vanity which doesn't have .2% fire damage leech,should i remove it? i have taken 4 points under this jewel ,one of course for big chaos res another three gives me 10% life,.75% life regen,9% chaos res. 4.you talk about aps ,like 6 or 7 aps .I think you are talking about barrage aps ,right? my tooltip ' attack time' for barrage is .51sec only which means i am loosing big chunk of damage in volatile dead? please go through my pob if you have time and suggest me what should i do more . btw,i bought 6L for2ex and luckily it was already 4B1R1G !!! hence i took whispers of doom on amulet and using ele weakness with flamability and yet pob showing my volatile dead average hit is around 23k where as yours is 60k+ please advise me mate..i wanna leaguestart with this build next too ,i love the build. " 1: Minimum charge means you always have it. You don't have to generate it and you can't lose it. But it's just 4% more damage, it's not really important. 2: When importing in PoB you have to manually allocate points into your cluster jewels. PoB cannot know the effect of your glorious vanity, so instead it considers all affected passives as doing nothing. That includes Divine Flesh which means your max chaos res won't be increased. AFAIK the damage per hit calculated for volatile dead should be right. However damage per second can't be calculated at all. |

I still don't think that using fire damage over time jewels is a good idea at all, if you ask me(you still waste one node for useless fire DOT multi). Quick question - how can I run 3 auras? Determination, Crab + Spellslinger want to reserve more than 100%....

ok, been sitting here & had a thought
Just an idea but wouldn't it be good if i found the spectre with the highest life as possible because of the 3% fire damage when it dies? ( higher the life, higher the damage ) Also, correct me if i'm wrong but some of my cluster jewels are kinda pointless because the fire damage increase does NOT apply to Volatile Dead, just the other skills? Yup, i ask a lot of questions, but it's a learning curve |

" Determination = 50% mana Crab = 25% mana Spellslinger = 28% mana (because of spell cascade multiplier) Total = 103% mana So to overcome this you have two options: 1. Socket Enlighten lvl 3 with Determination which then lowers the mana reserved amount there to 46% so then our total becomes 99% reserved. 2. Take two skill points in the Sovereignty wheel and you get 4% reduced mana reserved so then our total becomes 99% reserved. You then need the rings Eag1e posted about to reduce our mana cost for barrage to either zero or very close to it. My barrage costs 2 mana but as my overall mana pool is high, my mana regen outpaces the 2 mana cost so I can fire barrage indefinitely and not run out. Even 60% reduced regen doesn't phase it. |
