The belt described in the crafting part of the guide will be cheaper and better. Buy a shaper belt with T1 cooldown recovery and no other shaper mods, use crusader's exalt on an non-influenced ilvl 85+ crystal belt, alteration roll until you hit T1 % es on crystal belt and no other crusader mods, then awakener the shaper belt onto the crusader belt, guaranteeing you % es and cooldown recovery.

You can also just buy a crystal belt with T1 % es and T1 cooldown recovery, which should be the same price as Torrent's Reclamation and better for this build. This can technically roll on a crusader belt only, just harder to craft it that way. There are a few on trade for around the same price as Torrent's Reclamation.

so far this league seems perfect for crafting some decent gear for this build
since i decided to go with torrents reclamation once i can afford it, i made some gear with resists on it, i will remove/add until i hit tier 1, which is gonna be nice
picked up a thread of hope to hit glancing blows, and am using rumi's flask, so that es on block is pretty decent until i get the es on hit watchers eye

also , pretty proud that this took me only 4 ex to craft, which is nice

so far, great build even with shitty gear that i have, my ring is bad, boots are basicly ms and few resists, and am using flow untethered atm

I'll need to do some adjustments in my build, like Awakened CoH, getting dex and resist somewhere else, but in the end, I think I got gg ring ;)

Or can also get amulet with 25-30% RMR on zealotry/wrath/discipline. You will not need enlighten.

Can use a cheap amulet with 25-30% mana reservation on wrath/disc/zeal. Can skip enlighten this way with the 15% enchant on helm.
