Newbies question -- Since we have elemental focus sockected causing aliment could not be inflicted. How can Hypothermia and Sadist + Doryanis activated? I try to read more info over this wiki but I could not find solution and aliments don't show infliting at my skill. This cause me to be curious many days. Does anyone know the CDR breakpoints for Spellinger? Currently sitting at 63% CDR and thinking about dropping the 15% on my boots to make way for some other stats, but I don't want to gimp my DPS. I'm using a 1.5 APS wand if it makes a difference.
