Sorry for the dumb question, but how do you shock the mobs so you get Inpulsa procs ?

It also causes corpses you spawn to have increased maximum life and causes corpses you've spawned recently to chill and shock nearby enemies. Enemies are shocked for 15% increased damage taken and chilled for 10% slow. > As long as you keep spawning corpses with desecrate, all enemies around those corpses will be shocked and chilled, therefor also your inpulsa increased dmg will be up all the time! |

" Since I run Divine Flesh via Timeless Jewel, for minor I use Soul of Shakari for further Chaos reduction. For major I like Soul of Solaris, it's great for Crits and big incoming damage. I have no problems with getting stunned with 8k life, So i feel like Brine King is a big waste! |
