This means in Germany if you have a problem with something then it is better to say your opinion on the matter you're upset with than to keep shut and stay quiet.

Got another E-Mail from GGG Support and they said they looked further into this matter and how surprising they can nothing do !
It must be a Sony problem........

Maybe the Error is really simple and we bought a Pack that is not available at this time in the In Game Shop of the PS4 Version but available in the PSN and its coming at a later date ?
Then i dont understand why GGG dont say so......

The US PSN Store and New Zealand PSN dont have the Eyrie Pack not at all in the Addons Section !

Just telling you guys my experience.
A week ago I've surprisingly found out the new core supporter pack on the microtransactions in-game form.
Bought it and upgraded it twice, up to the Eyrie one.
The day after I wanted to upgrade it again, but in the same in-game Microtransactions form nothing was displayed.

Then a few days later it appeared again out of the blue, so I've upgraded it up to the last one, the Orion Supporter Pack (you can see the badge under my profile pic).

I think that something is not working properly at the moment regarding the core supporter packs.

i want you to know that i got my money back from Sony Support !

Contact Sony Support and ask for a refund, there must be zero problems to get your money back.

What i understood from the Sony Support Guy the System didn't recognizied my purchase but it was listed as "bought" and yeah after a couple of days of trying that i can get my Points and Cosmetics, i got my 39,99€ back.

The Pack has also vanished from the german/austria psn store if that had to say something.

And why the hell didn't we got the elite fateweaver and elite darkseer pack ?
I see only the cheaper packs.

Buy the cheap one and the Elite will appear.
