Crusader to Eyrie Supporter Pack PSN

Hello,

i dont know if its the right place to open a thread but i purchased 30 minutes ago from PSN the Eyrie Supporter Upgrade Pack for 39,99€ for my Country.

And right now im waiting for my Points and for the Cosmetics and i dont know what is wrong, normally it does take 5 -30 minutes to get your stuff but this time i have a bad feeling about this.

I did send the support a e-mail about my order but i cant help that my money is wasted because the PSN Information Text says nothing that i must have a other Supporter Pack like the Basilisk or Crusader to purchase the Eyrie Pack for 39,99€.
I did bought the Sentinel Overlord Supporter Pack in the Past but i dont know if that change anything.

I hope someone have an idea what is wrong here.

I already did wrote an e-mail to the Support with the Order Number hours ago and didnt got an reply yet.

Should i send another e-mail or should i wait till next day ?

ok then i will wait and hope that i will get my stuff.

But one Question, is this Eyrie Pack legit ?

Because this Eyrie Pack is not listed in the PSN Store USA and New Zealand or is the European Store couple days ahead with this ?

I think 39,99€ is to good for the stuff you will get that is listed in the description of this Pack.

I have the same issue. Haven't heard anything either.

I have the exact same issue, I also wrote to support about this. I hope someone there work beacause of this corona crap.

Also I would want something extra becasue now I will prob miss the stash tab sale.... :(

I have the same issue i got both the crusader abd the eyrie pack and still havent recieved the points or cosmetics its been 2 days now. The basilisk pack i got worked cus that's from the ingame shop these two are from psn itself. I contacted gggg they said they dont deal with psn stuff, contacted PlayStation they still haven't done anything, kinda need it sorted as its over 50 quid for nothing so far.

i know this sounds a little stupid but i'm happy that i'm not the only one with this problem.

I hope that Sony or Grinding Gear Games get their arses up and tidy up this stinking pile of a mess.

I wrote them back with evidence pictures of the purchase message from GGG itself and my Account Transaction and the Eyrie Pack is not even listed !

The Hotline Support from Sony here in germany/austria is a joke, no fucking hotline is working !
Every number i have dialed is not available or no one is current at work !

So i tried the contact formular and that gave me a dynamic system front error every fucking time !

Then i wrote an e-mail to playstation support with evidences and the answer from GGG that i should contact Sony and got a message that it will take some time to look into this......

I hope really this will for us all end in a good way, because if we lose our money because someone fucked it up really badly then i will never buy something for an free to play game again !

And one thing GGG, it is your fucking Game and you sell microtranscations so you have to take responsibility and cant hide behind Sonys back for such shit. You want our hard earned cash ?
Then fucking deliver your products to the customer for fuck sake !
