Some good stuff here.

Quite the opposite of the PoE2 delay news.

Controller support for PC is a great thing tbh. Now if only we can have crossplay...

GGG banning all political discussion shortly after getting acquired by China is a weird coincidence.

Actually crossplay on the consoles will be an interesting topic with the next gen verisons coming out.

PC to Console cross play is probably problematic peformance wise, but maybe!

While we still don't have the final specs on the consoles, my assumption is they will still be pretty far behind gaming rigs.

Playing with folks at higher FPS, 144hz monitors, M & K, etc.., can cause problems in multiplayer.

We have specs of the new Xbox, it's as powerful as a current high-end PC. But I still don't quite get your argument, are you worried about leaderboard performance?

My understanding is that FPS and overall performance can cause issues with server pinpointing locations and particle effects during party play.

This could cause console players to see things differently, monster health and location, player positions, skills executing faster / slower, environmental effects, etc...

Oh I see. I don't know much about that. I know that Fortnite does crossplay really well, where essentially every platform can play with other platforms (PC, Xbox, PS4, Switch, Mac, mobile...).

remember Blizzard is good at making trailer and publicity... but they aren't good at making great game anymore.

Kinda subjective. I get that it's trendy to not like Blizzard, but their games still do well.
