For DPS:
- Buy a Scaeva, according to POB you should get about 74k more DPS.

For Survivability:
- Change your boots ASAP! It makes you take 20% damage from block!
- Buy a cheap shaper influenced armour shield, and roll "Recover x% life on block"

Those changes should get you going again :)

Edit:
Also, your resistance is not capped on Cold & Lightning

all my gear should cost something like 100c(lvl21/23 quality eq30c , astral 6l 50c , jack axe 15c, rest of the gear is pretty cheap or self found it)

you are right, marks are no longer supported by blasphemy.

At what stage would you advise moving from your "day2 of ritual league" pob link to respec into your 3.13 changes pob? once you have the currency for Paradoxica and The Surrender?

i'm not great with pob, i just picked up a Paradoxica moving from an Ichimongi and my in game cyclone tool tip went down 30k DPS. but i think PoB says it's a 1mm overall increase? my overall is at 3.6mm am i setting this up correctly? any help with PoB and gear would be really appreciated. thanks for the build, i'm tearing through yellow maps heading into red!

This is from similiar build - and I would add it to 1st page for easier use.
The next great addition would be to add search links for newbies to use more easily for gear in low/mid/high budget gear.

Also I wanted to ask about late game tree, would it be better to make a shortcut on the side panel like in this case, and save few notes, and also move for down Fortify/Critial nodes on the left bottom ?

1- Upgrade the Shield to The Surrender if you haven't already.
2- Upgrade your sword to at least a 500pdps foil with 2 attack speed and 6.6+% crit or a paradoxica with 200pdps, 1.5 Attack speed, and 18+% chance to impale. and if you cannot afford the above options. get a very well rolled Scaeva gladius with 30% quality or a 400pdps sword with 1.8 attack speed and +6.5 crit.
3- If you have enough resistances, then go right away for Ryslatha's Coil belt with good rolls.
4- Get Watcher's eye with 2 additional impale hits, and if you can afford it, then get it with 25% chance to impale cause this would spare us 4 passive points to spend somewhere else. [Skip if you are league-starting]
5- try to manage your elemental resistances on your pieces and get all to t1-2 to try to buy or craft pieces with t1 chaos resistance and anoint Cleansed thoughts on your amulet (trying to cap chaos res is so important although it will be costly. it will be huge buff to your defenses) [Optional and not recommended as it all depends on the type of content you r planning to do]
6- Get bottled faith instead of Sulphur flask
7- Get the offensive or defensive helmet (in Gear section) with the flicker enchant (defensive is much cheaper but i won't advice switching to defensive helmet until you have enough DPS to do so.
9- Get your awakened gems ready. (Awakened multistrike is top priority)
10- when you have crazy good gear and nothing else to do, just get boots with double t1 res, t1 life, Elusive mod, Tailwind mod (in High-End version).
11- get better jewels.
