A 400 pDPS would be a big upgrade. I won't backseat game you too much but your shield is an easy way to apply a curse (or two). That goes down the defensive or offensive route depending on your preference. Anyway your build reminds me of one I did a few years ago. Except yours is better.

It used a Windscream boot (would instead use the upgraded Windshriek today) for the cheap and easy double curse.

Hey!

Sorry, I didn't see your message, but was very happy reading it now! XD

Thanks for the compliment and the curse suggestion! So far, I do not even use a single one. I only have like 80 unreserved mana left, though, and think this might become a problem when using curses?

So, you think I should sacrifce some of the Reckoning DPS to put a curse in the shield, right? ^^ Thanks again.

And if you're interested: I bought a 406 DPS foil yesterday for 5ex. :D Sold my other currency and found a real bargain.

Cheers!

Edit: Just saw that you linked your shield! I will surely try it out, even though I am quite happy with the powerful Reckoning as an additional damage source. But I guess a curse is surely better.

I'd suggest you try SSF (solo self found) that way you don't get ripped off and you could've used your EX to craft your own, superior rapier.

You can' craft shit with a handful of ex in SSF unless you are the luckiest guy in town. Besides he wasn't ripped off. Pretty sure no one forced him to pay 2 ex for an utter garbage 300 dps weapon.

Wanna see my new one?? XD

Buying the first sword was a rookie mistake, which apparently I needed to make.

Now, with the new foil and the double curse setup (which works amazingly well already with only one curse - thank you so much for this tip jack_aubrey, I am much stronger than before) I am pretty much convinced that my Glad will slice endgame to pieces.

About SSF - I don't really like the idea of not trading... How am I supposed to get a nice chest, shield, etc.? My current equip is almost exclusively unique, which makes me like my char even more.

Sorry to be overly exited, but having my first own build work out this way just makes me happy. ^^ Making a super tanky character with Heavy Strike for single target and Cyclone for aoe is what I had in mind at the very beginning.

Nice weapon. As for SSF and Uniques most builds work without uniques but getting really nice gear is more of challenge. Good luck in Delirium.
Your 2nd rapier there is much better ^^ a very nice upgrade

Thank you, thank you!

I really tried crafting one, but it was much harder than I thought and also I do not have the 'can have multiple crafted mods'. SO getting 5ex to buy this one seemed to be the easier way.

Thanks for all your tips!
