[3.9] A new Beginner take on Self-Cast Freezing Pulse Elementalist

Wanted to react to the comment by Turkeyvolume. I had the same problem with your pastebin link. As in that copying and pasting the link into PoB gives you a "404" Error or something. I solved this problem by removing the Extra characters that showed up in the pastebin bar in PoB. When it exactly matches all the characters in the pastebin link you provide here; it works again. I hope this helps for anyone else who's running into this problem.

On a side note. I'm gonna start today playing PoE for the very first time and I'm looking forward to trying this build as I love Freezing Stuff hehe. Gonna play it with a friend mostly but don't know what he'll go for. I'm sure it'll be fun.

Also; I tried your pastebin link for the "finished" build 2x and all it shows is about 20 points spend in the tree and Not 95 or whatever you mentioned. I would like to see a proper finish instead of 20 points. Thank you :D
