Arctic Armour

I really liked the anomalous one which mini-freeze the mobs but I do not think you guys would bring that back.

But seriously the chilling trail is really pointless, please just change it to chill any close range monsters.

It's great to have at least 3-5% less fire damage when moving around too since standing still more than 1 seconds kills you.
