CI reaches a higher max ES, block and seems easier to cap out resistances (plus Chaos Immunity) - while Low Life is able to push out more damage (I've seen both block and non-block focused variants) relying on a lot of extra leech as well as stun immunity as a fact of life from the Chayula amulet.
I feel that LL is easier to get into quickly (unique options) while CI will rely more on decent crafts/expensive rares. Would it be worth starting as LL and transitioning to CI, or is the damage so nutty that the extra ES/Defenses of CI aren't necessary?
I league started this with a 4-link and life version (obviously) and switched to CI when had some es gear and skill points. Sure life version is cheaper and easier to put together.
I have one of the highest CI/GB damage with good survivability (ailment immune) over 7k ES and everything is a joke with current gear. Feels really unethical to play this build to be honest XD can't even notice difference anymore with 99% perfect harvest version.
Biggest loss i see with low life version is that you cant use explo chests and explo chests is absolutely insane with this build...
I have 100% stun immune (if killed recently) and it has NEVER been issue for me
It is really hard to say what is BEST build currently. Either low life or CI. I haven't personally played without GB but can say its still STRONG as hell. Just check different builds from poeninja end decide what YOU prefer. For me it was EXPLO chest :P

I'll probably start with a Low Life version as I have much of the gear to hand (6-link shavs etc.) and look to crafting/purchasing a CI set of gear pieces and have a feel as I go.

Does the single target is good (I want to have it as an allarounder) ?
Possible to full simulacrum maps ?

Single target damage is INSANE but requires seriously hundreds of exalts. I would say this is BEST or top 3 builds form simulacrum. Have always +5 chests and never been even close to death and bosses on last stage melt in 2 second...

With 180ex you can easily make a build that can fully clear simulacrum with +5always and boss DPS should be good enough while having insane clear speed!

Right off the bat, your cluster jewels aren't helping because it seems that you're not takin any nodes after the jewels and the nodes on those jewels are useless to us, there are things like Blanketed Snow that are much better for Coc.
Edit... you POB shows that you have 10 more points to spend for some reason, it's got points for a lvl 82 build but you're 92.
You don't have a bottled faith it's expensive though.(buy a cortex map and hope it drops for you from the boss).
I would remove the 4 points leading up to Melding by your Militant Faith jewel and take Throatseeker.
Also if you go with clusters, get the large with Blanketed Snow.
If you keep you current clusters you can ditch the Inc Crit gem from your chest and replace it with Added Cold but you'll have to re-color the chest.
And you're missing the Vortex setup. get rid of the golem.
Annoint your amulet with Tranquility.
One thing that helped me with altering my build is looking at similar builds on PoeNinja.
Just check assassin, cyclone, sword/shield and ice nova then some of the higher level builds will show.
