because the mod enemies take % increased damage is effectively a more modifier

How the fuck do I craft this mana reservation spell block shield? I think craftofexile is wrong on the average combination outcomes too, because it says 23 chaos spams on average and llike 52=53 alt augs and ive hit both mods at the same time 0 times and have literally spent 500 alts and 300 chaos trying to get both on the shield.

Any help please, it is driving me fucking crazy.

EDIT: Finally hit it after some more chaos spam. Guess it was worth it since I bought the base for less than 2 ex + maybe 1ex in alts and 3 ex in chaos. Def cheaper than buying one with those mods already.

Probably more like 20+ million nowadays. +1/2 corrupted chests are within reach and you can stack a ton of 48% multi/8% ES jewels to carry the build hard.

Build is super fun as always. Glad I tried it out again now that Harvest crafting makes it smooth. T17 100% deliriums were no problem, but I really could have used an ES on hit Watcher's Eye to deal with recovery after taking big hits.

Edit: Hitting T1 spell block/mana reservation with chaos spam would be like 1/1400 chance or something stupid (and it could still be scuffed) that's why you just use Awakener's Orb with Hunter for mana reservation and Shaper spell block rather than gamble for regular spell block on a shaper or hunter shield. Make sure your checkmarks are in the right place when using Craft of Exile. 1/23 chaos was probably to hit 1 of the 2 mods I'm not sure.

If you're at the first CDR breakpoint with 100% chance to hit and 100% attack crit you will be proccing cast on crit 7.57 times per second with perfectly balanced attack speed of 7.57. Each ice nova will explode from two frostbolts, making your ice nova DPS from your main link approximately 15x whatever the hit damage is listed as in PoB.

This is under ideal conditions though because it requires your flasks to be available. If you have no flasks or your attack speed isn't close to but not exceeding 7.57aps your damage will be way lower. Your ice nova also has to always be in range of two frostbolts within range of the enemy which it usually is.
