Is 92 ex enough to start transitioning into this build? I made an Ice Nova CoC assassin earlier in the league. I die a lot in juiced T16s so someone suggested I try this build cause it's tankier. Can I do it with 92 ex though?

I did my best but I don't think I did a very good job. Can anyone help me out? I really wanna make this build work. My DPS is kinda low right now though.

your cooldown recovery speed is to low. Get a higher awa coc gem or take cooldown recovery speed on belt or boots

Is any good alternative if I don't have a -9 cold res hubris circlet? I know "At first glance the mod Nearby Enemies have 50% increased Fire and Cold Resistances sounds bad, but it also multiplies negative resistances."
