I love this build and is my to go for every league.
But:
The new cluster jewel in this build is useless, not gain so much more dps or utility. if i import my tree( with no cluster ) to your tree i do more dps

Of course, his build is optimized to be used with the gear and gem setup that he's listed in his guide. Your build varies quite a bit (Aspect of the Spider, Assassin's Mark vs Frostbite, Inspiration vs Awakened Added Cold Damage, etc.).

I'm not sure what you mean by the cluster jewels having little DPS or utility, they give you:

39% increased Cold Damage
20% Cold Penetration
10% Spell Damage (Unnerved Debuff)
Culling Strike (Not calculated in PoB)
40% Critical Strike Chance
Chilled Enemies are Shocked
20% increased Chilled and Shock Effectiveness
+200 Maximum Energy Shield
24% Increased Maximum Energy Shield
Additional resists and attributes that you need on any of the jewels

If I use your tree and plug it into my build, I lose 40k dps on my Ice Nova and 1600ES. So, you can't really just plug his tree into your build and hope that it's better.

If you plug my tree on your build(or the opposite) and take away unnerverd, shocked from config and take away alira and put all the point i miss on critical strike and shield on the right we have the same dps: i gain dps on ice nova from weapon and i lose on chest. You right about energy shield

Your tree (with the spell crit nodes actives on the right + 2 passives):

My tree (with 2 passives instead of Alira):

Both using your gear, your jewels. Configuration is matched to your gear (unnerved, shock are removed, no aspect of the spider, inspiration charges). The rest is the same as usual (full ES, power charges, elusive, recently blocked, crit chance lucky, enemies chilled)

The DPS increase is so minimal, especially for losing such a large amount of ES. And I didn't even allocate the extra 2 points on my tree. I left them unused.

I just bought a synthesised ring with -3 mana cost, but somehow I don't get a free-to-use cyclone, still cannot do no-regen maps.

I tried to take out some support germs from the chest armour, e.g. added cold damage, that'll make cyclone free to use, but reduces my dps significantly.

I remember seeing people getting free cyclone with just a -3 ring, what am I missing here?
How much DPS can this build pump out at BiS level gear? I am running gr0bb's Poison BV and doing around 56 million DPS and cleared everything already but I like playing with cyclone and I want to switch to this. I have around 90 EX raw currency and probably another 120+ exalts if I sell all my gear but don't want to do that if I am going to struggle in end-game grinds. Currently just doing juiced T16s, Sirius, Simulacrums, etc.

You need to be running inspiration support instead of added cold damage if you want your cyclone cost to be at 3 mana.

Prices on things like awakened coc, ice nova hubris circlet, circle of fear have actually gone down, because A LOT of people flocked to the brainless herald stacking builds.

If you craft your chest/shield/belt/gloves, you can get this build to a level where you can comfortably farm anything you want in about 100ex cost. This is a good tool to aid anybody struggling to craft things: https://www.craftofexile.com/.

What this build is not however, is plug and play. You need to be proficient in POB and spend the time in order to optimize it properly, in order to get to a comfortable level of DPS, without sacrificing too much on defence.

If you want to be immortal and have ridiculous amounts of DPS, I suggest sticking to your build, farming more currency and swapping to some form of cyclone coc herald stacking abomination, I'm sure it exists somewhere.

Can this build work with HH ,can it break ?
Just wondering if anyone made an attempt go dual-wielding. Manged to get my cooldown to 52% so i figured maybe a 2nd Cospri's would be a good idea?

You can easily get to 10 aps/52% cdr without going dual wield, if you sacrifie some es% nodes and get a frenzy charges cospris:

https://pastebin.com/LT8e0gjw

Going 10 aps/52% would bring me to ~15m dps in maps, with a ramp up of ~12secs for the frenzy charges.

So I have looked at many profiles on ladder for CoC Ice nova Assassins and I am really curious to know what is the optimal setup for bossing or just in general?

2 popular setups I have seen are;

1. frostbolt/ice nova/life leech in one cospri, the other frostbite/bomb/xxx/

2. frostbolt/frostbite/bomb and ice nova/support/support

Is there a difference between having the two main skills in different weapons? or is it just personal pref? Would appreciate anyones feedback!

1. You're on the wrong thread, this is a guide for CI CoC so I doubt you will find someone over here who uses two cospris.

2. This all depends on your gear, I'd say the 2nd setup is probably stronger, but then you need global CDR and 15 APS, so your 3-link ice nova has the same CDR as your 6-link, so every other hit will trigger your cospris and your chest.

I've played a full fire conversion CoC last season and had a 3-link frost bolt + 3-link ice nova + 6-link wave of conviction and each did ~1/3rd of my DPS, iirc.
