" Great to hear! Theyre both on the list to do. Assassins mark vs frostbite rings, I saw some discussion on that several pages back but im a bit confused by it tbh. Are people using assassins mark for more crit for bossing or whats the deal with that? What do I put in my cospri when I have a thread jewel and frostbite ring? I may have missed this somewhere. Just found out that by swapping my lethal pride and Frozen trail, I pick up a 30% increased melee crit chance modifier on the Harrier notable. Pretty good im guessing? " I had this question too. It didn't seem like it, but i'm running a "dirty" heralds build so it's tough to tell if it is heralds going off or ice nova around the frostbolts. I know the aoe is much smaller on the frostbolt ice nova so that could be why it's not obvious. IGN: Sweethart

is there a self curse hh version available? Im probably just going to either make a cyc or ek hh juicer but, when you do get a bunch of stacks with nova the amount of frostbolts gets pretty funny, so that might be interesting

I assumed, because the DMG does not go down when I remove it, that it's not added into the calculation, I've read a bit more and it should actually be 21% with unbound ailments and 21.6% with woke unbound ailments, because vortex is not a 30% chill, but a 10% chill that we increase by 110/116. Please correct me if I'm wrong. | |
You do realize that what you've done is essentially added those 2 modifiers to all your skills, not just vortex?
No wonder you think you have 700+k dps on your ice nova when you are running a 7 link. | |
" I've made some assumptions in the PoB that seem to not be correct, e.g. vortex only having 10% chill as base value, fixed them now. Enemies Chilled by Supported Skills have Cold Damage taken increased by Chill Effect Enemies in Chilling Areas from Supported Skills have Cold Damage taken increased by Chill Effect But bone chill does increase all cold damage taken, not only from supported gems, why would we invest 3 gems for vortex + chill effect otherwise? This PoB should be correct: https://pastebin.com/gktBi6yH (7.45*680*2+7.45*(241+162*2)/3)*0.98 = 11304.3816667, so still 11.3M DPS, if I'm correct. Vortex only has 10% chill, with 116% inc. you get 21.6% chill, so enemies take 21% increased damage.
