Lately I've tried to optimise this as much as I want to pay for, and right now I'm sitting on exactly 1600 dex. In my mind I'm done with gear, and it's too much a pain to reoptimise my resistances. My only concern now is survivability, and i think what hurts the most are extra elemental damage mods. Ive still got 2 spare points (at 93), so any suggestions where to put them (and another 2 since 95 is probably my limit) are appreciated. Plus I'd rather not die again to Izaro in Gifts Uber lab. P.S. Is point blank worth it? I imagine it's devastating in heists and delves. How about end game bosses? Since Hextouch does not work anymore with Sniper's Mark (its a mark now), what woould you replace it with? Frostbite? Maybe your playstyle just needs some adjusting. I just slam totems every few feet wherever I go and can even manage to do reflect and no regen maps doing so. Mobs really shouldn't be able to get close to you, especially with the perma-freeze that gets most of em. Point Blank is great and I don't really notice any huge lack of damage for far away people.
