what about playability in 3.10?

So I have all these items (I know that my chest, quiver and amulet still requires some changes) however, my single DPS is well... Trash when it comes to killing map bossess on t15 or so, could you look on my character and tell what can I adjust? Also these two abyss jewels that I have need to be changed, however I don't think that is the issue, please let me know! :)

It even takes long to kill some rares

EA ignites are dead. They nerfed the fuse stacking.
I think you can still play it, but it is definitly not fun to play.
