" You can proc Touch of Cruelty with Plague Bearer. I have the exact same jewel, but i'm not using ToC. I managed to get through 14 waves in the simulacrum with my starter gear, so this build does it job for now. |

yeah! damage is awesome on 5l with golden rule. just run and everything dies :)
