In my opinion, yes, damage is on all 3 nodes plus the res penetration

Quill Rain has been nefed too much for it to be viable.

Most of those people are trying to use Quill rain, having thier damage reduced by 30% then saying the skill sucks.


I'm doing mostlyt fine with it so far, only at act 10 though.

I've been trying out EA>Mirage Archer>EWDA> Barrage support while also running Ballista Totem>EA>Greater Volley>EWDA

between the two of those I clear pretty well and single target doesnt feel bad considering enemies have been buffed
