" Put it on left click and dont think about it :) it will auto activate. But for why we use it it is to reset elusive for higher elusive uptime and also to instantly apply wither stacks to nearby enemies in combination with wither totems to max out our wither stacks. My builds:

Why does POB show precision as L5 and withering and totems etc to be L1, is that a mistake?

" No. Precision reserves flat mana so its lower level. And wither and totem level is literally ireleveant so i kept it at level 1. My builds:

Thanks. I just re-specced into this build, and my god it's fast... but slightly overwhelmed with so many buttons to press seemingly.
When are we supposed to put down enduring cry? I'm also finding my siphon damage being.. seemingly non existent like somethings wrong? My gems are so low but wondering if i'm doing something wrong. Here is my gear, it was a struggle to get it to level because I had to liquidate my old character Also, power siphon seems super clunky to use.. if a mob moves it seems super slow to target/attack the boss.. " Looking at your setup you arent really sustaining mana properly what might be big reason of your single target feeling bad. Grab enduring mana flask not foreboding. And mana on hit abyss jewel. Also i dont see source of wither, grab witchfire brew. For the issues with PS attack speed, that is mostly because of obliteration, because its sooooo slow. To fix that you would need to craft rare wand (probs with corroded aberrant metallic etc with some crafted attack speed maybe). My builds:

Is it possible to fossil craft the wand with 60% poison? I just blew through 600 alts and didnt find a 60% poison once... I have an Elder Imbued ilvl 83 Wand...

I did use Corroded + Metallic + Serrated for to create a basic 60% poison wand.

I cant find mana on hit on a abyss jewel, know the exact mod please?
