" The +1 IS very good to have. But remember it adds +1 to Cold Spell SKILL gems. This means it affects Freezing Pulse, but not the gems supporting it. It's good to have for sure, but also having a bit high cast speed, is great. | |

i use the new one .

Does this notable work with totems?
Cold Conduction: (untested but assume yes) Enemies Chilled by your Hits are Shocked Enemies Shocked by your Hits are Chilled Also why is no one using elusive boots?(other then the exorbitant cost?) Elusive grants the following 15% chance to Dodge Attack Hits 15% chance to Dodge Spell Hits 30% increased Movement Speed One more question if we have shocking conflux on helmet would that work with totems? " Shocking Conflux and Cold Conduction work with totems (Edit - I just had a quick exchange with viperesque who confirmed that Cold Conduction uses fixed values, so 15% for shock in this case). As far as Elusive, I don't think that would work with totems (or rather since it is a defensive buff it would be applied to the totem if they can even gain Elusive). It's not a buff I've tested yet to be certain. You could at a minimum use something like Storm Brand or Orb of Storms (maybe you already use those to apply curses for example) which will crit even if they are not dealing damage. I have the elusive mod on my boots. I trigger it from a few different ways and it affects the player dunno on totems but doubt it. I get the actual elusive buff on my screen and character moves faster so I'm assuming we get the dodge % benefit as well.
Self cast Freezing pulse- Awk Curse on hit - Projectile weakness - Frostbite This skill even though it does no damage can still crit and thus trigger it. CWDT - Frost bomb - Cold Snap- Bonechill Both skills have a chance to crit and we have a high crit chance % if you run more cwdt which cast active spells that can crit thats more ways to proc it as well. Did anyone consider taking Arcane Guarding notable in this build? On paper it looks very nice with Atziri's setup, and I'm considering pathing to it by lvl 97 (the contenders being Deep Thoughts and minor +life passives).
If anyone did that already, will it noticeably help survivability? |

Shame the shock is only skitterbot level at 15%
so correct me if wrong please if we use boots with Redemption Req. Lv. 73 (35-40)% increased Effect of Non-Damaging Ailments assuming 15% x 40% = 21% shock? or lets say if we had 2 addition mods of increased effect of non-damaging ailments how does it stack? (sorry not sure on poes math ) |
