[3.11] Melting Nova | 16m DPS, 6k life, acro/phase | Deathless Sirus A8

Pretty much done with this build after doing all content, will be selling my gears (gems not included) to fund my next char, here's a PoB of it: https://pastebin.com/S5FPFH3h (you probably need to install PoB Fork for you to view it)

DPS:
Frostbolt (with lvl 20/23 quality): 334236.2 * 7.5 = 2,506,771.5
Ice Nova (with lvl 20): 246844.9 * 2 * 7.5 = 3,702,673.8
Wave of Conviction (lvl 21/20): 173542.9 * 7.5 = ‭1,301,571.75‬
Total DPS = 7,511,017.05‬ dps
With 15% damage from skitterbots shock : 8637669.61 dps
Not including vaal righteous fire.

Keep in mind I did the Xoph's blood route, ended up with 5.7k HP + capped resists, can be even improved with an enchant on boots, whisper me @Asurassassin for your offers :)

If anyone was looking at corrupting their own fire leech helm/neck, this is the results of me doing it:

Took 94 corrupts total, bought all the starkonjas with a decent life roll for 1C each 12 at a time, 4 socketed, 4 linked and then chromatic'd it to match any of my 4L set ups then corrupted. Spent roughly 500 fusings, 650 chromatics, 600 jewellers I believe - didn't keep too close an eye on how many I started with

I think this is probably a fairly accurate rate of how many it would take, there are 22 possible implicits for helm corrupts, seems to be 1/4 chance to roll an implicit upon corrupting, (1/4 for each white socketing, turning to rare, just corrupting with no changes and rolling an implicit)

1) Why did you chromed and fused before corrupting? You can do it afterwards via crafting bench once you hit a good corruption. Otherwise the Helmet will be vendored anyway.

2) GZ that you finally hit the corruption, but after all that effort, you are still wearing a Starkonjas :) i suspect that searching for a well rolled Glorious Vanity is the better way to go. It makes you much more flexible in terms of gearing. You are missing a Helm enchant and a possible Scorched Fossil craft with minus fire resistance

Finding out you can mess with the sockets AFTER corrupting is... upsetting to say the least. First league playing, live and learn I guess
Why do we run skitterbots after the nerf shouldn't herald of ice be better?

To be fair, changing sockets via crafting bench on corrupted items is something GGG enabled afterwards. This wasn't possible for a long time. And it is actually much more expansive because for every chrome/jeweller/fuse you also need to spent a vaal orb. But with nearly 100 Helmets corrupted, this is still the much cheaper option :)

Selling this ring pm offers.
Hi, is it better to have cyclone attack speed enchant in starkonja or that fire damage leeched corruption? i dont have fire leech anywhere else because effigon with this thing is really expensive.
is there anything i can imporve on? https://pastebin.com/E7RxccYe
(dont mind the ring its skuffed :P)

Another option: By a Glorious Vanity, socket it into the jewel socket below Pain Attunement, divine until you hit a corruption with Doriyani Affix and the fire leech mod. Once you obtained that, spec into it and spend one point into PA which will give you roughly 1k ES on top of your life pool. It is very likely you need to respec your melding cluster tho.
So per the guide and mentioned throughout this thread is this idea that Mistwalker is not calculating 20% attack speed into our APS, and so it's recommended to manually edit "20% Increased Attack Speed" onto one of our items. Is this out date info? I've been doing just that, but noticed today that toggling Mistwalker on and off was absolutely making changes to my attack rate on Cyclone. When I turned it off, I lose 1.2 attack speed, bringing me from 15.02 to 13.81. It seems this issue with PoB has maybe been corrected?
There is a customized POB variant existing which has been forked from the origin github. You may have changed your download settings. This Installation is calculating mistwalker correctly
