Got a 14% AS Precision Watcher's Eye.

" <15 is pure mathemathical on paper 15.14 is accounting for server latency. @lisonn you can check in game, click C, chose cyclone and there you have it "attacks per second" Check this fully buffed. Also dont worry about perfect aps, if you have more than 12 and less than 15 difference is only like within 25% at 12 and less closer u get to 15 in comparasion adding elemental weakness to the build is 31 ele pen which is on avg much more than 25% more dmg. So looking at my attack speed I am at 7.14 APS in game on the tooltip. I am using just one cospri's. Does this increase with the second cospri or do I need to start stacking attack speed on jewel's etc.
Just trying to figure out how guys are getting to 15. Thanks! | |

can someone enlighten me. so its 15.14 aps for 14% cdr belt
if i go for 20% cdr belt how much aps do i need to fully maximize the 20% cdr? am i not suppose to get higher than 14% cdr? how is this calculated. |

So i did ur ice version. With all gears and tools also running realy well. Should i respec into this version? Or is the ice version still strong enough with all the items from ur guide.
