Chaos resist is hard to come by, it's usefull tho.
You can run 2 spells in chest, but i doubt it'll be more dmg. Especially 2 cold spells, you need to add cold to fire, coc, cyclone, crit not much space for anything. WoC is not only v nice spell, also ads 25% ele pen which is very nice multiplier for u spells in cospris.
Optimal aps is hard to achieve and imo should be last of you concerns, get 12+aps and you are fine, when ur gear is done then focus on that perfect aps.
adding awakened added fire or penetration to chest for WoC, is it still worth it as most damage is from (im assuming) ice nova and frostbolt ?
When i had normal setup WoC had dps on par with other spells, nova is cast 2 times per pro tho.
sorry I meant, does WoC do so much damage that its worth buffing with the awakened gems ? I thought WoC is more for the debuff.

Are we looking for a certain Critical Strike Chance or just as much as we can get?
Also any unique we can use that would be beneficial until we can get the first Cospri?

what can i do for improve my critical damage and critical chance?
in comparison with your dps mine is way lower, and i'm not sure how can i increase it.

Till you have as close to 100% effective crit chance on your cyclone in PoB.

There is option in configuration for Onslaught, for mistwalker edit any item and write +20% attack speed
