I'm thoroughly enjoining this build. It can not face tank harder bosses, but it is fast and fun to clear red maps with, and if you sink some currency in to it it will perform quite nice. Speeding through T14-T16 mapps, and love the play style.

Some thoughts on the build, in my personal oppinion:
Go for life and leech (or recover on kill) early on, this build has plenty of damage easy, but not that good defenses on a low level.

This build really benefits from some life leach and some life regen to feel nice. I went with the budget option with life leech on boots as an enchant instead of on amulet. You can get 0.5% leech from merc lab in 5-10 tries or 30-60 minutes. Or 0.6% from ulab in a bit longer time, but also some nicer chests and rewards at the end.
The enchant is note quite as nice I think as leech on amulet, since it is not always up on harder bosses. But almost as good for much cheaper.
And for life regen I went with anointing Golems Blood on my amulet and specing in to Sanctity on the passive tree, for 2.6% regen, and that is a comfortable level. Burning ground still hurts a bit, but not quite as bad.

For glove enchant, I'm wondering if not "Trigger ___ of spite when hit" is better. The reflection sometimes helps us by tanking for us, but also sometimes gets us killed when we kite, and accidentally move where it just was and pulled some delayed attacks to that spot.

Trippel balancing for wise oak is easier now compared to before, since you can quality resist on rings to just the right level, to get you 1% more of just that one resist. And you can by an Effigon with just the right fire resist that you need.
And try to get a bit of extra chaos res. Below 0 is gonna get you killed some times this league.

Alira as a bandit reward is nice for leveling, but not worth it later on in my eyes. We don't need resist at all (unless you are doing this on a very tight budget), we don't really need mana regen, and a bit of crit multi is not as good as 2 extra passives. Go with a 3 point jewel, or maybe a 2 point frenzy charge or 3 point power charge. Seems better in my eyes at least.

While leveling, around lvl 50-60 was a good time to switch to CoC with a tabula. I did ice spear mines before that, and would not really recommend it. I went to CoC a bit to early instead, and damage was low. I would have tried ball lightning mines in a tabula if I leveled again.

Im stuck on tier 6 maps want to go higher, what items should be my main focus on upgrading right now?

Im also running in a mana problem, dont have enough mana to get al 4 buffs running at the ssame time.

I'm a little confused. I understand why we are aiming for 15 asp with double cospris. But don't we lose significant triggers on our 6l set up as we push past 7.5 towards 15? Right now I'm at about 11 asp which is good for double cospri's no loss there but isn't my six link losing procs until I get closer to 15?

Biggest is not having cospri's. Run a bunch of low level maps and save up to at least one cospri's. Thats gonna take some time. But you will level up your gems while doing it. Don't Feel forced to running high level maps. You gain more currency and xp from whatever you can clear fast and easy.

And sell you watchers eye jewel, it doesn't have attack speed with precision so it doesn't help you at all. That is probably the last thing you should get. Jewels should have life and damage, and possibly resist if you need it bad. Many of your jewels are bad, but that isn't your biggest problem.

And sell your lvl 18 precision and get a lvl 1 precision, and keep it at lvl 1.
That is the problem with your mana.

hello I got 2 cospiris and the ingame tooltip shows I have 11.11 aps on cyclone without any buffs im wondering if im lacking anything ? and what do I need to do ?

first time ever i made that expensive (for me) build so early.
And i must say i love this!
The best build ive ever played.
It's melting everything and im on lvl 92 so far. So few nodes before me.
I want to buy effigon with life leech but it looks like mission impossible, noone is selling it so i picked anointment in this place.
Already capped 3x res at 97% so wise oak works perfectly:)
Next ill upgrade belt craft and gloves craft becouse i just missed it on my crafting bench so maybe tommorow friend will do this for me.
Im really happy with chest that i bought, fits perfect :)

Unfortunately for this build survival is hard thing to come by, reason is it's dodge/ev with 5k life. You need perfect life gear. For you add more jewels with 7% life on passive tree. I wrote how to add physical reduction to this build, without losing much. Check post history, dont want to spam it.

Ok getting hang of it, on how to play with HH. Still need some changes, but the core build works fine, and it's SO fun to play.
