[3.9] Spectral Shield Throw Impale build. [Tanky, Huge damage, Fast clear]

Can this be updated for 3.10 ?

Might give it a try as a league starter.

This time I will be playing around with some of the stranger stuff like:

1) Phys-impale with singularity

Here is my PoB for 3.10 with Gear from my last leagues character as recommendation/orientation what to aim for.

2 Trees: Standard for a level 92 Tree without Cluster Jewels and Cluster Jewel Setup with ~25-30 spare Points for Cluster Jewels)

Under Notes you find some Info for good Cluster Jewels and Annointments.

Is this able to do all endgame content? I really enjoy this build but worry i cant enjoy endgame with it.

I mentioned it a couple of times in several threads: I beat Uber Elder and Sirus 8 with it and I consider myself a medicore player.

Don't know if you can beat Aul and Uber Aziri with it, but the rest is definitely doable.

Do you think this would work with Duelist/Slayer or is Ranger the best choice?

You can change the build to Gladiator and focus on bleeds instead of Impale, but I think Deadeye is overall the best choice.
