Your best try is probably harvest crafting on a base that has +1 cold gems. If you can target annul the other mods, all you need is to multimod (2ex) the wand with cold dot and trigger

I'm oneshotting bosses so the damage is really not really an issue so aoe is nice.

Still wondering which points should be sacrified for it. I did go with Zealoth's Oath and was also thinking about grabbing Death and Decay for even more regen (running with stone golem) and some dot damage. Not sure what to give up yet.

I have a question about that. What yould be the Gem Links without Prism Guardian for a version with a ES on Block Shield? Is it just to drop 1 Aura or do we need to fit enlighten somewhere in ?

It's a Shaper Based Helm with the mod "Socketed Gems are Supported by hypothermia". so you get the 5l with it

Is 5L hypothermia helm more important than enchant? Would be very hard to get shaped helm with good enchant

i want to buy a new wand. is added lightning or fire damage ok? since added cold intereferes with the EE node.

Certain bases can roll "socketed skills are suported by level # X skill".
