Elder/Shaper is harder to access with 3.9 patch, instead, we get conquerors.

With the buff of Ice Shot, league starting with this skill is viable. Depending on the market this build can be funded with under 10ex.

All content is easily doable

It is more than capable of doing all content using league gear, Legacy gear is just for min-maxing.

I have just updated the POB with a budget version, check it out.

Changelog:

11/12/2019: Removed temporary leveling guide. Removed level 100 passive tree. Removed Mapping and Bossing POB, these information are now merged in to one POB

Some slight changes to the tree, Bossing setup got more life but slightly less damage.

-Point blank is now not used in this build
-Using inspiration instead of increased critical strike chance
-more gem changes will come when info on awakened gems is released
- potentially going for ice shot - barrage support for single target

There will be more updates as more information gets released. Please tell me if I missed something.

Hey mate thanks for your guide. With the nerf of TS + the buff of Ice shot what do you think about an Ice Shot MF Version ? Is it possible and easy to switch ?

Funny you asked. I was playing mf Ice shot when the exilecon anouncment of TS nerf was made. It packs a lot more punch. You probably want to use fork or awaken fork instead of mirage archer. Also you need another 6l for boss kill.

I like the feel of it much better than tornado shot

Yes, but don’t use rigwalds, it’s bad for dps, try for shaped quiver with +1 arrow and craft frenzy, or use demise. Maybe the new influence will have good mods.

A thought about Barrage Support:

- projectile count: 3 from support, 1 from skill, 2 from bow, 2 from Dying Breath for total 8 projectiles (not counting quiver and other luxury stuff)
- 62% less damage => Damage multiplier: x0,38
- 5% more Attack Time per Projectile = 5*8=40% => Attack time: 140% => Attack Speed multiplier: 1/1,4=0,714

DPS multiplier per projectile: 0,38 x 0,714 = 0,271. With 8 projectiles it's 117% more damage, at 9 it's 136% more and with 10 it's 152% (with more projectiles the skill becomes slower).

It's not terrible unless you use GMP, hence people rage on forum and reddit

Another thought:

If we do not use Point Blank anymore, how about using Blast Rain instead of Barrage? BR got Projectile tag and scales with projectiles, which means it should be affected by Far Shot. BR would be also safer for bossing

But as a league-start I think it is difficult to get Lioneye's Fall soon. Is there an alternative tree without that jewel?
