To me the build doesn't feel good when clearing. At lower gear levels icicle is not the greatest - it really only shines at mid to higher end gear. Just wondering where I should look. Pob is tree only, don’t look at gear. Lot of legacy stuff throughout. For gear, the guide is updated. Also I’m playing this is 3.9, you can check progress in the thread of the character page. Also played it CI SSF to start the league to see if it was t16 A8 viable. Hey, I've been looking at this build for a while and think I'm gonna give it a proper try. Just wanted to ask something first: It's not 100% clear to me what the priority order for the stats on the weapon is? From what I understood the best are: Gain #% of Elemental Damage as Extra Chaos Damage Damage Penetrates #% Elemental Resistances # to Level of all Spell Skill Gems / # to Level of all Cold Spell Skill Gems And other stats I'm seeing are: #% increased Spell Damage #% to Global Critical Strike Multiplier #% increased Critical Strike Chance I'm especially interested in a priority order for the first three but also for the last 3 as well.
