Thanks so much for writing the guide!

You might've answered this already but i didn't quite get it from the guide.

1. Do you immediately start low life from the beginning and just craft your way into maps? I'm really not following how you convert to LL? I feel i will hit a wall where before i can afford to craft, i'll be too LL to do the content.

2. Which direction do i start on the tree? Go left or right first?

3. What order should i ascend in?

4. Your 3.11 tree has 3 jewel sockets but you only referenced cluster jewels in your guide. What should i be looking for in terms of regular jewels?

1. I generally start CI, and switch over as soon as I can afford a Shavs. generally late 80s.

2. Go right first, always pick up the damage

3. No real wrong order, generally though I pick up the survival ones first

4. regular jewels, they should in the guide, but %ES and crit multi w/ as many other stats as you can afford.
the first updated link you posted has red circles all over the tree for some reason

Its simply because energy shield is written in the search box. Just delete the text down there.
thank you! which of the two pob's do you think is better for a newbie beginner?

The first one will be easier imo. The second really stretches across the tree more. I’ll be testing both though.
How do you guys feel about the life version (with acro/phase acro, tremor rod, kaom's heart, malachai's ring for EE) vs. the CI version in this build for league starting?

I don't typically league start CI but I assume decent ES rares with resists go for a good chunk of change early on and with that in mind, I'm wondering how CI fares against life-based on a similar budget. Respeccing from life into this tree is only like 30 regrets and obviously the long-term goal is LL on either track.

Do you mean just follow your first 3.11 guide but take CI and refund it later? Sorry if this is a stupid question. Something just isn't clicking with me.

Yes unless you can buy Shavronne Wrapping

I would not recommend picking up the AoE nodes above witch so that we can hit the BL hit cap.

This is in your 3.11 Change in the guide. I'm not sure if you're referring to Blast Radius and Arcane Expanse. Is the "not" wrong or am I missing some other AoE nodes I just don't see?
Other than that, thank you very much for this guide. This will be my first miner and I'm really excited :)

It’s similar. However the transition is much easier as you can keep most of the gear. Also don’t need to buy regrets.
