[3.13] Raikudou's CoC Ice Nova Assassin (3M+ DPS)

Hi,

I just switched to ice nova and I feel like all my stats are wrong and dont know what to change, my items seems fine when compared to PoB but my crit chance is waaaay low and so is my attack rate. Where did I go wrong? Or will it all get fixed by 94? I'm also having mana issues I am running enlighten 4 but I cant have lvl 10 precision and cast flame dash so I had to scour it to 5.

Impressive, I thought 744k is normal damage, but it's a shaper DPS! Just wow...


If it’s not difficult, please explain the choice of basalt flask and flesh and stone.

If it’s not difficult, please explain the choice of basalt flask and flesh and stone.

Basalt Flask > Quartz Flask because I am running Flesh and Stone (Blinding enemies in melee range and reducing damage taken from enemies out of range). My issue becomes less about the likelihood of being hit vs. actually surviving getting hit. More mitigation = less chance of getting 1-shot.

I also removed Pandemonious because I felt the amulet I use was much better in general for increasing survivability. Pandemonious was still more DPS though.

EDIT: You will also notice I am triple balanced on my elemental resistance which gives me the DPS boost as well as elemental damage mitigation from The Wise Oak. The issue I was having with the build was dying to one-shots which were mostly solved when I started adding layers of defense. My DPS was actually higher before (around 800k DPS per nova on Shaper).

is it necessary to use belt with mod increased Cooldown Recovery Speed or can i use only gem awakened cast on critical
I am feeling pretty good about this build and really enjoying it so far, my only issue now is random one shots to delirium mobs or T15+ bosses. Is there something I can do to make my build better in that regard?

Use Pandemonius if you can cap your hit chance to 100% and won't suffer to much from the lost life, as the blind + 30% slow effect from chill is pretty good defensive wise.

Delirium itself is one of hardest map content we have gotten in a long time so most SC glass cannon builds in SC suffer from one shots. Honestly you have drop a bit damage and invest into things like CWDT+Immortal Call and Vaal Molten Shell.

If i was doing T15+ Delirium content i would invest into a Headhunter anyway.

Doesn't matter if you get it on the gem, belt or boots as long as you have at least 14% anywhere.
