Depends on ur budget.

I would start with changing the jewels (crit multi), new belt, better tree..

looking to improve my DPS, currently have 10ex.
Currently I have 284k shaper dps per ice nova hit but it seems kinda low, 91% crit chance and 94% hit chance.
How can I cap my crit and increase my dps?
Can you help me progress my build? maybe my tree is not adapted?

After reviewing this, i've made a statement about the guide. This is a bad joke dont build this. You will waste money and time.

Flamedash is already a good escape spell, with 3stacks and a low CD, its more than enough for a spin2win build. You dont need to move that much except for some survivabilty cases or boss mechanics and like i said above 3 stacks is more than enough if you need to spam that much, thats an ultimate proof that your build is wrong. Why would you even Second wind that.

Secondo, icegolem is a shit choice, enemies can chain on it and you can die, also he's dying quite fast, so its kinda useless, however, arcane surge is fine, but be careful, you want it to proc on your flamedash, which means that you have to level your arcane surge gem depending on how cost your flamedash, dont level up it to lvl 20 or you will never proc it. i will highly recommand to run CWDT+Immortal call, Flamedash+arcane surge. 2R/2B sockets.

For the rest, lets say that Zealotry is not matching the CoC icenova in the first place, even for bossing this is really bad. Also 15% reduced mana on hatred is irrelevant, however for a starting build its okayish i know 40% icenova damage is kinda expensive but it's the way to go, you will start to deal double DPS just by swaping this lab enchant.

HoI linked with onslaught and others bullcrap is really bad and make no sense. 15%CDR is 7.57 APS, with all of this gems linked, you are above 7.57APS which cause a real problem with your dps because of missing Icenova's cast.

For those who's asking(It's really important) :

BP0 At 0-13%CDR you need to stay below 6.06 APS Obtainable with a bad roll CDR on Belt or Boots

BP1 At 14-51%CDR you need to stay below 7.57 APS Obtainable with a 15%CDR belt or boots

Bp2 At 52%-57%CDR you need to stay below 10.1 APS Obtainable with 15%CDR on belt, boots and Awakened Cast On Critical Strike lv6.
