How does this build compare to Nova/Frostbolt CoC?

" Its simple. you, at least me, dont need the leech from ghost reaver. tell me which sources from LIFE LEECH do we use? none. so its all about the increased leech rate at the cost of regen speed. i dont like slow es regen tho. for me, its wasted, but use it if you like. on top of that es on hit is enough. zealots on the other hand helps with degen damage. even if you have c-blood imunity, a heavy ignite or bleed can still wreck you. it synergizes well with cons. ground too. in my special case i need zealot because im guardian and to be able to run blood rage (got the awa coc gem now, 7.48 ATS at the moment.) gear and gem setup for anyone who is interested: (Watchers is arcane surge + es on hit)

Can anyone give me some help/advice with this build?
Here is my PoB - https://pastebin.com/j7j244Wi My clear is great, no problems there, but my single target/boss damage feels horribly low. I've followed the guide and have all the items save for a couple more jewel slots and a corruption Mjolnir for Fortify. I have no idea how to get more damage with this? Currently using Dying Sun/Atziri flask for mapping - my Lightning resistance isn't as high as my other flasks to be able to utilize the Wise Oak flask. Other than the -9% Lightning Resist helmet, what are my options here? I already spent 14ex on the ES/Hit jewel so I'm pretty much broke. ~ Seph

" 21/0 ball lightning does more damage then 20/20 You are missing damage on helm, shield , elder ring Tranquility is a significant damage increase over utmost might Boot Enchant (Ele Pen or 160 added lightning) Ideally you want a well rolled lethal pride, or militant faith More passive points in general will help | |
" Hi I've just started this build a few days ago, still trying to figure out how to get enough STR without losing a bunch of dps, is the militant faith jewel can be used as a workaround instead of lethal pride, it's almost 1.5ex difference, and every bit of money counts while i save for the Watcher's eye jewel :) Any help would be much appreciated! |

Hello, first of all, thank you for this well writen build, I'm having a lot of fun with it.
I do have a question, I bought a helmet with the enchant "Ball lightning fires an additionnal projectile". The thing is, I have a ball lightning in my Mjölner and another one in my chest so with the enchant, I should fire 4 ball lightning every time I crit right ? Well, there are only 2 ball lightning every time I crit. Is there something I'm doing wrong or this enchant works only when ball lightning is self casted and not triggered by a crit ? | |
