Is it really important to have same numbers in PoB?

You didn't allocate Counterweight and Spiritual Aid in your PoB. (~18% damage)

You didn't allocate any skill point on your boots. For dps you can try Heart of Flame or Prodigal Perfection or whatever you want. (~8% damage)

Your amulet doesn't have crit multi (~7% damage)

In my PoB have been used Martyr of Innocence with really good rolls (~7% damage)

Also you are not using arcane surge.

So there are a lot of little nuances.

Hey Sich thanks a million man this build is so fun I know I am not supposed to go full out with the build until I get to level 70 and proper items but I couldn't help it I had to toss out incinerate and zombie leveling gems and just go for this build I spent like 4 chaos on it

BTW, try to add desecrate to your CwC setup. It can help you make your leveling a bit smoother.

So I made the adjustments as you said and you are right, I wonder then is there any point swapping out desecrate later into a CWDT gem? cause look how good it is with desecrate linked to the full chest

It works well, but you are loosing around 2/3 of potential damage output.
