Don't worry, I've died 5 times on single T14 map. I can't get lvl 93, because my exp is still 30-60%

Fixed. Settings shouldnt be on private anymore.


Your gear is fine.

You need to spend 3 skill points in your tree and pick up grave intentions and then grab an abyss jewel with these 2 rolls, minions leech % of damage as life and minions regenerate % of life per second.

With those 2 changes your minions will be indestructible for 99% of the content, the only time I have to resummon a zombie is uber atziri, ever.

DPS wise just work on your overall zombie level, you want a total of 30, and you can supplement damage in tree or gear. Nodes to try are enduring bond and fearsome force, or you can try an elegant hubris jewel instead of lethal pride.

A total of 30 as in raise zombie level, right? Because if you mean zombies im slightly thrown off. ^^

awesome! Let me look at your set up to see if I can understand how this works.

Level 21 gem
+3 level from Weapon
+3 levels from Empower
+2 levels from Unnatural Strength


Other sources that increase zombies:
Death Attunement is +1 Zombie
Baron is +1 zombie per 300 strength (4 zombies in your case)
Lord of the Dead is +1 Zombie


I am missing 1 level of the gem and a +1 zombie source from some where else to get to 16. Can you you fill in the blanks for me?
Not sure, normally id just assume I have higher STR, you get an extra zombie when you hit 1,500 STR. I just follow the normal/tanky Geoffri's setup though.

The only thing I do differently is my skill tree, and its not even so much different, the actual nodes are the same, its just more the pathing, and I favor defensive/ES nodes.

My gear etc though is all identical to geofrri's section. The only thing I have that is borderline un-obtainable is my belt, everything else is just nice and realistically farmable.

I wish I could figure out where I am missing the other items from as I am sure they are there and I just can't see them.

I downloaded your POB to try and figure it out, but I am still 1 gem level short of 30 and the strength is at 1300, which I think maps to 4 zombiesm which leaves me 2 zombies short of 16.

I am going to save your build to use as a guide once I can figure out exactly how to get to 16.
Ya just keep in mind, you in no way need 16 zombies. I can unequip 2 of my jewels and lower my STR to like 1,200 and still instantly phase conquerors on t16 maps.

Just experiment with different setups and find whats comfortable to you. Im a bad example b/c im not very good, I played Final Fantasy 11 for 12 years so the majority of my gaming background has been on a controller.

When it comes to keyboard/mouse I fail, my reflexs suck and I still type with 1 finger at the age of 39 so my goal with a build is "win the game with 1 button".

Its not exactly the most optimal however you see the videos of the OP doing uber elder deathless naked with no flasks so...this build can do that.

I just drastically redid my skill tree b/c I gave up 18% increased strength on my boots and im not going to spend the rest of the league trying to craft a god tier double influenced amulet.

So my goal was getting back to 1,500ish STR and having an insane amount of ES so I could push 100 and not rip and lose 2-3 hours of playtime in the process.





And then I use x3 Efficient Training Jewels, and ill be swapping that rare jewel in my skill tree out soon for my 50ex watcher's eye that I almost have enough for. When I get that ill have to shell out some cash for an "cannot be inflicted with corrupted blood" efficient training. And as you saw, I carry my minion life/leech jewel in my belt, that 1 is a cheapy while I search for a better one.

Honestly, this build isn't the most HC viable... And I say that having used this build for the entire Metamorph league.

While this build can build a ton of effective HP (15k+ with the tanky setup), it takes massive massive investment just to get there. Also, budget version of this build is very squishy and not all that high in DPS either. And even with the high levels of ES + life, the build has no other defensive mechanics (except for flasks). If you take a look through this thread, you'll see countless people saying they keep getting one shot, even through high life/es pools. We don't have evasion, armour, high block chance, etc. to mitigate any damage, so if you get hit hard, it chunks you.

If you want to stick to running a summoner in HC, try and build a more defensive minded one (using molten shell, or 6-link Cyclone with Fortify and Infused Channeling or Immortal Call). This guide is very damage focused, and if you play HC, you should think about layering some defence instead.
