Although skellies show higher DPS in POB, that's just an indicator.

Actual gameplay is so much smoother and you constantly have zombies up without stopping and resummoning. Your minions run so much faster so you can speed through maps more. Boss damage is amazing... I literally have no need for skellies as I see no point in trying to shave off another 0.5 seconds off a boss.

In saying that, again, it's all personal preference. But in my testing, zombies far outperform any skelly setup I have done for both speed and bossing.
Do you have a guide on this version build or just go by your profile? Also can you link that T16 video kill that you made?

I'm going to do a few more tests but I'll update the guide in the next day or two when I get some time as this setup is pretty OP it seems.
So i found a HOGM map and thought i would give it a shot! I cleared it 2 leagues ago using either arc trapper or Agony crawler... I don't remember which.

My minions got absolutely fucking destroyed. I have not once since i have been playing the zombiemancer, had my spectres die (even on the sirius fight) and the HOGM guys just wrecked every minion i could summon. I tried adding minion life AND meat shield support and they still killed them like they were made of paper.

If anyone has suggestions for HOGM aside from just avoid it, i would love to hear them. The only thing i THINK i could have done is use AG with the fortify on hit mace. But... damn that place actually made me roll another character to see if i could beat it because this build just seems unable to.

Not saying this build is bad, i have breezed through all content no problem, i am just looking for some HOGM suggestions lol

Been playing around with this for the last 6 hours or so and yeah, I would recommend auras for mapping and zombies for bosses that are stupidly OP (T16 bosses, Sirius, etc).
Hey all, a couple questions here. Srry if its been asked. Should I use bone armor over molten shell?

Just starting to lose sight on what I should focus on next to really make an impact.

I personally do. You get an extra gem slot, just as good of protection (not sure what a lvl 20 20% molten is, but... eh).
Back again, I made a post out of frustration last night that I was done with the build (happens after you die a lot and lose your AG with a few ex worth of gear to Sirus lol) After cooling off and retooling a little bit, I feel much better. I decided to give up skellies and go straight zombies with auras and victarios. I also changed back to the OP's skill tree he is currently using.

I feel like the zombie/aura playstyle is much smoother and easier, and I also feel more tanky. If anyone would like to check out my setup feel free. I am actually running purity of elements in my gloves to help cap resist and sync with my watchers eye for max chaos res. While skeletons (especially vaal skels) do nice single target dps, I just feel more comfortable with the zombie setup.

I am wondering if we can replace AG with something else more useful? if anyone has any ideas I am open to suggestions.

AG With Kingmaker + Victarios flight + Leercast is indespensible. Kingmaker alone makes such a massive difference. Its a 1 gem wonder (not counting minion health) that lets you beef your build by several other gear slots.
