how are you guys dealing with baran and his soldiers? ive got near 0 armour at the moment so i expect to get hit hard, but the issue is my zombies are getting killed so easily

Hey guys i got a question. So atm I'm using a 5l queens escape and I have a Deafening essence of fear so I'm wondering if i craft a weapon with it would it be better than my queens? I don't mean the multimod stuff tho with spamming essenceses. I only have 3ex atm so not sure if it would be worth trying that. Would a simple defeaning essence craft be better than a 5l queens?

How much better are the Weapons with minion damage compared to the lvl 1 fortify ones?

Becuase the fortify ones seem a bit cheaper to craft / buy

There is another way to craft a good weapon without spending too much
Using essences...

Buy a ilvl 50+ 6L warstaff (around 15-30c)
use screaming essences of fear until u get the +1 gem and remove the unwanted stuff..

With essences u pretty much just need to roll the +1 gems, considering the essence will always give 70-84 minion damage and fears cost around 1-2c... i wouldnt go for higher than screaming because it can become cost..

with some luck in around 30 essences u will have a base to start the craft and already 6L... like this one



its not as good as the double damage and the fortify ones..but its close and A LOT cheaper

I still don't understand how to craft +% minion damage without fossils or essences. POE Wiki doesn't say we can get this as a base mod.

Withering Step gives a boosted Elusive buff, and can override an existing Elusive buff, making it very strong defensively. It also applies 36% Increased chaos damage taken to enemies, giving it strong offensive power in close range.

You can blink on top of enemies and wither them while phasing and dodging enemy attacks and spells, very strong.

Elusive is a buff which grants attack and spell dodge and movement speed. It grants a large amount of dodge chance and movement speed when it is first applied.

Basically you run through mobs as it grants phasing too.

I have spent all my currency on this build (7-8ex) atm and I use this gear:




First time playing a summoner and first char at lvl 90 (I'm pretty noob).

I'm doing red maps with pretty good speed, just lacking some damage for single target metamorphs and bosses in general.

What can I improve gear/skill wise? Everyone talks about a crafted 2h but it is minimum 5ex if ur lucky, and possibly MUCH more if you buy a finished craft. A 6l Geofri's is also 7ex+
